Tree Brews Up Partnership With Vancouver's League Of Rock
LEAGUE OF ROCK MEMBERS EXCITED TO EXPERIENCE THE THIRSTY BEAVER
July 15, 2009 (Vancouver, BC) -- When the League of Rock rolls into Vancouver at the end of the month, band members will be introduced to some big cans. But its not what you think! Tree Brewing of Kelowna, BC, has signed on as a sponsor of the Vancouver chapter of the League of Rock, and will be providing its 500mL cans of Thirsty Beaver and Kelowna Pilsner to members after each rehearsal session.

“This is a natural partnership for us,” says Tod Melnyk, President, Tree Brewing Company. “There is always been a relationship between Rock and Roll and big cans, and now we are just making it official. All kidding aside, we take our beer seriously, and we think the League of Rock approaches music in the same way. ”

Thirsty Beaver Amber Ale and Kelowna Pilsner are the two brews that recently came out in the 500ml packaging, and are sold in singles across British Columbia and Alberta. Fans of Tree's outstanding craft brews will already know that award-winning Kelowna Pilsner is a crisp refreshing Pilsner with a mild hop flavour and Thirsty Beaver is a smooth Amber Ale that is medium-bodied and bursting with flavour.

As the only brewer in Western Canada to domestically produce the 500ml can in the marketplace, Tree continues to lead the charge in creative brewing and innovation.
